Duck Down Retrievers will be closed from Sunday, the 14th, until Tuesday, the 16th, at sunrise, with no training, drop-offs, pickups, or visitors during this period. All operations will resume at this time of the 16th. All dogs, including hunting dogs, will be securely housed in climate-controlled facilities.

The most common response we continue to receive when we inform clients of our pricing for our 1-month general obedience program is: That's it????? Wow, that's less than 1/2 of some of the others I have consulted with. As a business, we do generate a profit; fortunately, we have been blessed with numerous opportunities over the years. However, our motivation extends beyond financial gain. Those who know us personally can attest to this. We work diligently to earn every dollar. Our reputation is a testament to our hard work and dedication.

To ALL Duck Down Retrievers CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
We are a climate controlled facility, and your dogs are in the best of care. All warm and tucked in during this cold front today and tonight. All obedience dogs will work in heated zones of the facility. Gun Dogs / Retrievers, this weather is perfect to train in! It’s hunting weather! So let the games continue as usual with that!
