Eve got to reunite with her daughter Willow today! Will be going back on Friday and she will be staying for a couple of days. This may be her new home if things go well.🥰

Piper girl is still looking for a new foster home or a permanent home. She didn’t have the best start at life. She came from a family who never vaccinated her and apparently never really took her outside of the house for the first year of her life. She came to us battling parvo. She’s one of the lucky ones that was able to beat it. She’s an under socialized girl when it comes to other dogs as well as just the world in general. Her foster home is doing the best that she can to expose her to new things and build her confidence. But unfortunately, she works long hours, and it could be very difficult to to be consistent. So we’re looking for a foster home that doesn’t work such long hours that can continue to work with her. He is currently in my home, but he is not great with the cats, and I have far to many to keep them apart. Adam is doing well with housebreaking, and we are using a belly band. He is a loving, affectionate, smart, food motivated boy. He has done fine with the dogs in the home, though he can be a little food aggressive, which is common for the breed. So you remember back last year when we took in Clyde, who also came with Willow and sister Pippa. We were originally supposed to get two other dogs as well and the guy decided to keep them. Well now he has decided to surrender all three dogs he has left. One of them being Willow and Pippa’s sister About a year old. I think there’s about a four year old female in this video as well who will be needing a foster or foster to adopt home. Then there’s another male on the property as well who I think is probably five who will need a foster home as well. The last dogs we brought in we’re good with other dogs and cats, so we assume these guys will be as well. Took Clyde out to meet with an applicant for our second meet and greet. This time he got to meet their boxer. He seemed pretty happy to meet her. They have 2 acres fenced in, and Clyde thought it was heaven. He was sniffing and tag wagging. He seemed like he loved it, he did well in the home to, but he really just wanted to be outside! Sabrina will go in for spay next week and then she is ready to find her new home. She is about 8 months old currently. She lives with many other cats and dogs but she doesn’t seem fond of them. I can’t say she has really made friends with anyone. She just keeps her distance. But she also was pregnant, and then had her babies stillborn. Then right after that she was in heat. So her hormones have been all over the place. She does find with everyone, few pick on each other here and there but for the most part they do fine together. Meet buddy. He’s a 2 to 3 year old Doxy mix of some sort. He is house trained and does well with dogs and is curious about cats but generally leaves them alone. Good with kids. He is neutered and heartworm negative. He did test positive for ehrlichia but has already started treatment. 🐶🐶Clyde and Hooch had their heartworm retest today, we are so happy to announce that both of them are now officially heartworm free🎉🎉 They kicked heartworma butt! We are so happy to see these boys complete treatment and be able to act like normal dogs and run and play and jump. No more restrictions for them. Clyde is schedule for neuter next Friday, Hooch is the following Wednesday🙌 While these two have completed their heartworm treatment, we still have two that are still going through heartworm treatment. And it’s going to be time to pay our monthly vet bills soon. Unfortunately, our bank account is going to be absolutely drained, if we even have enough to cover the whole entire bill.
