We serve the needs of our clients and their pets with a competent support staff and excellent equipment. Communications among staff mem

bers and clients is important and vital to our ability to provide consistent care, and emphasizes our team approach to the practice of excellent veterinary medicine. Our staff meets regularly to discuss and implement new treatments, ideas, and procedures. We are inspected by the State of Tennessee Department of Health on a Bi-annual schedule for classification to conduct and maintain a Veterinary Medical Facility. Our staff is a master of keeping every corner of the hospital on a strict cleaning schedule in addition to our rigorous daily cleaning of all surfaces of the hospital.

Adding to our first post - our receptionist was coming out to help her when she sat him down and left! This woman had only been in the building for a 1 minute and 13 seconds before doing it! We are very glad she decided to leave him with us, but there is a difference in surrendering and abandoning an animal. We would have been more than happy to take him regardless but we wanted to clear up exactly what happened!!
