Our 23'-24' season is getting underway, team is signed up, coach and several riders. If your rider isn't yet signed up, please do so as soon as possible so we can all participate in our first show opportunity in early Oct!!!!

If you plan to show our first show I need entry money this week. I also need either an emailed copy of your membership form or a paper copy on file, be sure to get that to me asap also. I am excited to get our show season started and this first show is quickly approaching. Let me know if you have any questions. Riley and I will be in contact with show address and what time you need to be at the show soon also.

💥Boomer has news for us💥

Hey Eq. Team Members, the 2022-2023 season is upon us. *New this year: you don't have to print to sign forms. You now sign online and download for reference. Please do download and if you can then send Lilly a copy or print and give her a copy. Our team is signed up, and we are working on getting coach forms done. Our first show opportunity is in Oct. Please text, email, or call me with questions!!

Geranium Fundraiser was wonderful! We have just a few left at the barn if anyone missed out. Pink, Violet, and Salmon first come first serve.

What a weekend! Sat our middle school team was the champion and Sun we had 1 middle school and 1 high school rider qualify for Regionals!! (A few others were very close) and we had some great riding by all!! Thanks to SMWC Eq team for hosting this show!!

Literally the only picture that I got during our show this weekend. I'm terrible.... I know. But these kids (and our 3 horses) did an awesome job! We had some trying moments and some great moments, both help our riders grow, learn, and become better riders in the long run. Plus they pitched in with all the jobs that needed done from grooming, tacking, holding horses, cleaning stalls etc as needed. Not to mention their parents who ran the prize table and helped with loading the trailer in the rain on Sun!!! Everyone really stepped up and helped! Thanks to all!!!!!!

Also super proud of our horses. Darwin stepped up to jumping Open and Int and corresponding flat classes this year, Rio stepped in at the last minute to shine in Crossrails, WTC and WT, and Guy completed his first IEA show in Int (2' jumping and flat), Novice ( cross rails and flat), Beg WTC and WT!!! Poor Guy was in and out of tack from 8am-5pm. Not many horses show in Int classes through Beg WT! He did great!

Last but not least, huge shout out to Riley, an amazing coach that I am so proud to consider one of my "kids", I'm very happy to help her and her students along their journeys in horse back riding ❤

2021-2022 IEA season is upon us! Entry money for our Oct shows is due asap. Also, if anyone would be interested in sponsoring a rider, I have 2 that could use a little help in order to be able to sign up and show this year. PM Lilly Flowers to find out how you can help.

Show at SMWC this weekend is going to be a cold one!! Be sure to dress warmly, all persons on the property must be wearing gloves and face coverings, (not much to ask when the high is 20°). Please remember to stay in your warm vehicles until Lilly tells you to come into the arena. One spectator per rider is allowed to watch but the whole show will be live streaming on the SMWC Eq team page ;)
