Attention Boarders
Ranch hours are from 7am until 10pm. All lights are to be turned off in the main barn and long barn by 10pm.
The front gate will be closed at 10pm.
If you need to be on the ranch before 7am or after 10pm, please make prior arrangements with management. These rules will be enforced effective immediately.

Boarders
Please do not free graze your horses loose on the property. Horses MUST be in your control at all times. We have recently had a few issues with loose horses that are roaming the ranch with no one around them and It has become a safety issue.

The barn is now open with no restrictions. Repairs have been finished for now.

We are asking that you do not have your guest out to ride during this time. With all of this wet weather we only have 1 arena for everyone to use and it also tears up the ground around the property. Also please do not drive around the back side of the property ( you WILL get stuck)
Please park up front.

Attention Boarders:
Due to the increase of hay, JbarL must raise the current board.
Starting January 1 Board will be an additional $10 per month. This does not affect the boarders who provide their own feed.
As soon as the hay prices go back down we will go back to current board rates.

Boarders. Please only use the Mini flake Shavings in your stall. It is extremely hard to clean the pens with the heavy flake. Clovis feed carry’s them.
