Everything is changing, so I decided I needed a new kennel name that reflects me as an individual. I wanted something that gave a nod to dragons from my favorite fantasy fandom, Game Of Thrones/House of the Dragon. This theme has additional meaning to me, as one of my precious dogs that I tragically lost too soon had a Game of Thrones based name "A Dance With Dragons." In a small way this is also a tribute to him. Dreamfyre was one of the original dragons ridden by the Targaryens, and is suspected to have hatched the 3 eggs that eventually turned into Daenerys dragons. Lastly, the words "dream" and "fyre" (fire) are fitting representations of my journey with and passion for dogs, as my biggest dreams have always been dog related.
