Please welcome the new owners of BeBe’s Barnyard Petting Zoo!!!
The Richard Family!!!!
They are a wonderful local family who already had a petting zoo but were looking for a new way to offer their petting zoo parties. We met them at the very last party we had on the books before we planned to announce our closing….which was due to my extended recovery from major spine surgery in Dec. 2022.
They also bring tons of new services to the party package options! They have a pony ride, face painting, balloon art as well as offering bounce houses to add on to your parties and events! They offer so much more for all types of parties not just the kids parties either, they have DJ services as well as catering services!
I can’t tell you how happy I am to have met this wonderful family and see the passion and love of animals that they will bring to my small dream and make it an even bigger reality!

It’s a petting zoo on a bus!

Most of you that follow our petting zoo know I had major spine surgery in Dec 22. I’m doing well with my recovery but as you can imagine it’s a long road to full recovery. I’m still unable to do any of the physical labor needed to host petting zoo parties and drive the bus to the locations. With my limitations I have found myself having to turn away opportunities to share this farm experience with others.
Because I haven’t been able to schedule events unless they do not interfere with my husbands rotating work schedule, I’m looking to sell BeBe’s Barnyard.
This would be for a turn key business already running with parties booked to hand over with the sale. It will also come with a set of young goats, bunny and chickens all petting zoo friendly to set you up for more years to come with this small business. It has major opportunities for growth. Although I had surgery in December, physical limitations started way before then. I hope to find a buyer for BeBe’s Barnyard that has the same enthusiasm as I do in facilitating children and adults to experience the joy and love of these precious farm friends.

I’m slowly healing and my girls are poping babies out every where! 9 babies and all boys! 😳💙😳🤦🏻‍♀️🎉 lol
We will have plenty of babies for goat yoga in spring!!

2 more bucklings and 2 more reasons to be here on the farm till my surgery on Monday! The universe knew I needed to be home a bit longer to make sure everyone is born safe before my surgery! Baby Goat Yoga is going to be bouncy with new babies for early spring classes! 🥰🎉🥰

Rumors are true! We are now offering heartworm treatment!

Did your dog test positive on their annual heartworm test? The SPCA clinic in Freeport is now offering the 3 injection treatment (as recommended by the American Heartworm Society guidelines). Prices are based on weight, and yes, a heartworm test or proof of heartworm test is required.

Heartworm disease is deadly. Make sure you get your canines treatment! And most importantly, make sure to continue giving them their monthly heartworm preventative to prevent more heartworms from growing!

Hey guys we just wanted to introduce you to our new yoga instructor! Here’s a little bio from her about her yoga background…

Kaysie earned her 200YTT in 2012 and has been practicing, teaching, and learning ever since. She has evolved her practice teaching yoga along the Texas coast through high school, college, and into motherhood. She is looking forward to being back on the mat in the town she began in. She aims for a laidback class atmosphere and accessible practice for all. She is excited to now be teaching in the outdoors with some furry friends!
