💫⭐️💫 HAPPY NEW YEAR 💫⭐️💫

Every year I try to improve myself, my life & the direction I’m heading. The Stable is also a huge part of that improvement & change. Setting business, professional & personal goals will be continued in every facet of my life once again this year.

Business: My policies and procedures have been set in place to give everyone involved a sense of calm going into a equine business relationship. I won’t settle/tolerate/waver from my integrity in any facet of my business.

Professionally: This past year like all the rest people have shown me their true colors both good & bad. Believe it or not just like when I’m training horses I actually look forward to their “trouble” areas & where they need improvement. It not only challenges me but it teaches me valuable lessons. It’s no different with people :

*Don’t make the same mistakes
*Help educate others when it’s requested, needed & appreciated

Personally: With all this being said I have always looked back and never forgotten anyone while I have continued my path forward. I am always happy to extend my hand and take you along on my journey and/or help you with yours. All you have to do is ask!

The lesser person will take this as being self righteous and boastful. That is their cross to bare & their mirror to look in. Everyone has room for improvement……no one is exempt from this. It’s when you don’t acknowledge that, when envy & righteousness grows.

✨ T'was the night before Christmas, when all through the Stable Not a pony was stirring, not even Rebel.
The bridles were hung in the tack rooms with care and all was so silent it was just me still out there.
The boarders were all home and snug in their beds while dreams of barrel races, occupy their heads.
As for me, I am here, for one last check for the night, to finish the chores, then close the barn up tight.
Passing the boys outside in their pasture …..Domino, Rammy & Lil Man too approach the fence looking for something sweet . While Dante’ stays by the hay at his feet.
Then Libby & Cloverbud greet me as well looking for hand outs as they know me so well.
In through the door I walk along slowly, down the aisle, A calm comes upon me and I begin to smile.
I stop to see Melody and snuggle her face, I could be in my home, but I much prefer this place.
Here with Ginger, Bo, Hershey, & Lisa too. I’m glad God blessed me by always knowing what to do.
My non-horsey friends are unable to relate.
The happiness I feel when I walk to the Stable …….Dixie will nicker, Honey will blink, Mia will swish her tail, while Foxy puts up a stink. Lilly will patiently await a treat, will she come to the fence or make me bring it to her feet.
The last ones I pass are all ready settled….Rocky, Charle, Nitro, Punchy & Karma too are all snuggled up for the long winters night. While Draco finds just the right spot to stand by the hay, he will keep is spot for the next day.
It makes so much sense the 3 Wiseman would search For the baby in a stable, not a church or palace in a fancy cradle.
A place to escape any heartache or stress
And see how with horses we are so truly blessed.
So, while I could be at parties filled with holiday cheer. There's nowhere else I'd rather be than right here. Twenty three babies all tucked in for the night I take one last glance as I turn out the light, Merry Christmas to all from An American Girl Stables & Tack Shop and To All A Good Night🙏

🐾❤️🐾 M&M Got His/Her(Friday We Will Know For Sure) Very Own Binky Yesterday To Snuggle In When Mommy’s Not Home ~ The Ribbon That Came Around It Was Just As Exciting As The Blanket Itself ~ Took Almost 24 Hours But She Made Her “Business” In The Litter Box ~ She Slept The Majority Of The First 12 Hours & Of Course The Long Drive & Being Poked & Prodded ~ Very Traumatic But The Vet Was Impressed How Calm N Sweet ~ Slept With Mommy again Last Night ~ Knows Lights Out Means Sleep ~ Thank God 🐾❤️🐾

🐾 Good Morning, those of you who know me or have been following me on Facebook for a long time know that I never do things on just a whim I always take my time and put a lot of thought into decisions I make whether it be animals, friendship, etc.❤️
🐾 Saturday, I actually took some time to sit down and relax. I happen to be perusing over Facebook when I found a post shared by my ex-husband………… needless to say my eyes welled up with tears and within minutes I found myself messaging the lady of the original post in the regards to a little face, with identical markings & gender….. that bares an uncanny resemblance to my beloved “Mo” that I had to put down just barely 2 months ago on October 23 …..just two days before my birthday.🥺
🐾 After chatting for almost an hour, exchanging photos, and telling her about my life and my love of animals and of course, my beloved “Mo”, there was no question that I was going to be getting a new baby 🐈‍⬛
🐾 Not all of you know, just a handful know that since that dreadful day I had to say goodbye to “Mo”, I have had a run of horrible luck, problems, dilemmas and circumstances enter my life ~ Literally one after another. I can only hope that this little angel of love is my good luck charm that turns all this around & not to mention fills the tremendously large void in my heart🍀
🐾 When we picked up the baby yesterday……….two hours from the house. We were under the impression that I was picking up a little boy just like my “Mo”. On our travels home we stopped at a Country Max that we passed by to get him a blue collar with a bell, food etc. and they just so happen to be having a Vet Clinic going on…..perfect opportunity to get this little guy checked over, shots etc. Upon examination we discovered that “he” is possibly a “she”….. blue collar was put back and pink with skull ☠️ n cross bones was chosen ……..hopefully we will know for sure when we go for her(?) booster shot on January 20th 🤷🏻‍♀️
🐾 Since I’ve only known this little kid for less than 24 hours we haven’t nailed down a name as with me it takes time to come up with the half a dozen names that they all end up with……..as of right now the names we are toying around with & what’s on her vet paperwork is “M&M” aka: Mini Mo & Possibly M2……..I am open to thoughts & ideas🥰

🎄Since we were West of Rochester we also stopped in to see my Grandparents & Great Grandparents at the cemetery & adorned their grave sites with the bird seed wreaths from Country Max ~ Notice the neighboring bird perched and ready ~ This is the second year going this route with the wreaths to honor the love my Grandmother had for birds ~ Especially cardinals🎄

🐴❤️🐴 I’ve had/known a couple……just a couple absolutely lovely mares in my lifetime……when these two beauties entered my life I couldn’t of been caught more off guard…….The love that they have shown and given me is indescribable…….I am one with them when I am around them …….My heart couldn’t be more full from the love my girls give me🐴❤️🐴
