I was asked what am I going to do with my spare time? I have a non shedding Goldendoodle, Grace and a Fuzzy Lop, Peanut that require a lot of grooming! Lol. Peanut is such a trooper about his grooming, love this little guy❤️
Sunny always ready for some lovins from my granddaughter, Sarah.
Grace, you look like an alpaca, Sunny checking you out, but Cocoa isn’t taking any chances, he’s staying in the other side of the fence. Lol
What a day! Actually, what a last two days! Me, my daughter, granddaughter and cousin were set up to sell flea market stuff on Rt40 for the National Pike Days. Set all tents (5) up Thursday evening, all went well, Friday started setting up merchandise around 7, all was good until 8:00, then the rain and wind started, kept getting stronger 😫 ran off the tents into the inside, everything wet, had to put empty tubs to catch the water! Stopped around 1:00. Thank goodness I hadn’t brought my alpacas or merchandise there yet. Left 6:00 went home loaded alpaca merchandise for today. Saturday, took alpacas and packed merchandise, set up, very, very busy with customers then poof! A gust of wind came and flipped over 2 tents and blew them across the parking lot, moved tables and knocked over what was in their path 😡 People came running to help us catch them lol. At that point I was soooo over it! It was soo hot! Of course the alpacas had fans on them and in the shade chillin. Will I be set up selling at Pike Days next year? NO! 😂😂😂. I am much better doing the yard sale hunting than doing the selling 😂. Anything I don’t want anymore will go to City Mission. Lol
Thanks Alma and Mike of Heaven’s Hill Alpacas for inviting us to join you for shearing.
Look at all that fleece! Sunny takes after his mom, his blanket weighed 3lb1oz and gorgeous, lots of shine, long staple. That’s a good amount especially since he is on the smaller size.
Opened up another field for Cocoa and Sunny on this beautiful sunny day, they’re lovin it!😁
Sun, Rain, Sleet or Snow, it’s off to the barn I shall go! Lol.
Sunny not so sure if the new addition is a new breed of alpaca or what!
