Wade and Dallin are going to be racing all the way in Canada this year since all 3 of their races got canceled due to no snow. We are so excited to be a part of the Canadian Challenge this year - something they've wanted to do for a while.

There may not be snow for other races in the lower 48 states but there IS always snow in the Uintas. Please spread the word about this Fun Run to other mushers who may want to join. FEBRUARY 11- 12.

Many people have been asking how the snow is right now. Our lower trails are bare but with a 15 minute shuttle ride to higher elevation we drive you to the snow. We still need snow so fingers crossed there will be lots coming soon. I've never seen this little snow this time of year.

Wade took a trip to the Uintahs. This was the first winter camping trip of the season with an 80 mile run! Race season is right around the corner.

Exciting News! We are now doing online booking! This will make it easier for everyone (our employees as well as our guests). You will need to go to our website www.bearridgeadventures.com and click on BOOK NOW. It's a very easy process. You'll be sent a confirmation email as soon as you checkout. Kayla will still be answering phone calls if you have any questions!
We will start running tours once there's enough snow on our trails. (Usually late Nov to early Dec) 🦮❄️🌨⛄️

Wade and his team finished 3rd in the 100 mile!
Bear Ridge had 14 dogs in the race, 10 on Wade's team, and 4 running in two other teams. All 14 dogs finished strong and healthy. We are so happy with how hard the dogs worked, and how well they ran on a really tough course.

This sweet lady and her daughters went alllll the way to Alaska a few years ago to check dog sledding off of her bucket list. Due to weather, their tour was canceled when they were about to depart! Years later they’re visiting Park City and we were able to help her check this awesome ride off her bucket list!

Winter is a little late this year, but we're still having fun running dogs! Working with the teams off of a vehicle is a great way to train while maintaining control. Running 30 dogs in a team could be a death wish on a sled, but is great exercise off the truck. While we've all enjoyed fall training, it's time for winter... so everyone do a snow dance! ❄

Wade, Dallin, Ryan and Carson drove to Canada for the Canadian Challenge. 3 of the races here in the states all got cancelled so they went to Canada. This was a video from the drive a few days ago. The 200 mile race starts today (Wade). The 100 mile race starts on Thursday (Dallin and Ryan).

Dallin and Wade were on Fox 13 Good Day Utah a few days ago. They talked about the Idaho Sled Dog Challenge that's coming up on January 28th. So many mushers and teams are putting so much time into training. Make sure to follow along! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B5yD5DC5NQs

3pm tour today!

Here's a few updates about our dogs from this summer. Wade, Ashley, and our dogs made the trip up to Juneau, Alaska to run tours on the Herbert glacier. What a great opportunity for our dogs to stay busy and cool in the summer months. Everyone and every husky is helicoptered up to the glacier. They all returned home safely in August. Our fall training for this upcoming winter season is in full swing.

3 of our employees raced in The American Dog Derby in Ashton, ID this weekend. They all did great. The dogs ran 22 miles each day. Everyone had a blast.

Nothing is cuter than a 6 year old on a sled running their own dog team! Tate didn't even seem nervous!! This was a new trail for him too. The dogs did great! Ashton, Idaho American Dog Derby February 17, 2023

Dallin & Wade are on their way to Idaho!! We hope them and the dogs the best of luck on their 100 mile race! The amount of time, work, and dedication put in by everybody (and the dogs) to get prepared is insane. They are geared up and ready to go.
