Hello Royal family! I hope you are enjoying the last couple days of summer! I just wanted to inform everyone that I will be away on vacation from Wednesday to Saturday this week. And will return Monday the 25th!
I do have some available slots open for tomorrow if anyone is interested in getting their pup done before I go away. Quick Rant!!

Please, I can't stress enough how important it is for you to pick your dog up on time. If I text or call you to tell you that your dog will be ready within 10 to 15 minutes... that means you have a grace period of 25 minutes to pick up your pet.

For those of you who seem to think they can just leave their dog with me for hours on end you will be charged $10 for every half hr after grace period has ended. If you're unable to pick your dog up within that time, communication is key! Depending on how my day is or what I have to do you may or may not be charged. It's just a matter of respect! Or Maybe find someone else who can pick the dog up. I just want to give a firm reminder that I am not corporate I am a business owner so when you delay you're on MY TIME!! And to be honest, that makes me very frustrated.

I have a life too! I hope you all have a great day. 😕
