I've been feeling under the weather today, but all the animals are happy. After spending a whole days pay, everyone has their food. I may have bought them treats, toys, buckets and hooks. It's ok....all is happy and I'm resting to spend the beautiful weather outside with them tom.

I'm here all..been spending every nice day outside. Not brining the phone so I can be more present. The recently hatched chicks go outside for the day. I put a craft stick out there for them to start perching on. Larry has been behaving lately just always hungry. Harmony the rabbit had to be punished this wknd bc all of a sudden she forgot where to use the bathroom. She wasn't happy but back to normal. Daphne is as sweet as ever. She's starting to act like the goats head butting me and jumping on me. You should see how bruised my legs are. The ducks pond is dry. I had to put the kiddie pool I. There and fill it, not comfortable for 6 grown ducks. But we will make it. Eggs are coming in from my hens but I've been putting them in the incubator with the duck and turkey eggs. I found a place to get a bunch of pallets. That's the next big thing. We need to build warm shelters before winter. Other than that we're working, going to school, playing sports, hanging out, and loving our fur and feather babies. Keep a check on here. I'm busy with them I promise. They r my life.

So I can add foster to adopt mom to my list. All meet Rosie. We sprung her from the pound bright an early. She was on the list to get put down bc they are full about to go into code red. A wonderful rescue abandoned love animal rescue drove an hr to spring her and load us down with toys, food and goodies. What a blessing. I'll post thier link soon in case anyone wants to donate like I am to them. Rosie will be microchipped Tom and after we see how she does with all our animals she may be furever ours. Say hi to little Rosie.

New news coming tom after 8:30am. Picking up an addition to our little farm. One clue is a security system. We've wanted one for yrs but after loosing the best we could get, we couldn't replace it. Amy guesses will be fine but no answers til tom. Hold on.

So these two had to be separated. The second hatchling had a boo boo on his nose from escaping the egg. So the first hatchling wouldn't stop pecking at it and made it bleed. So my son entered my room at 2am explaining this to me and this is the result. Are they happy, NO, but they will be back together after the one heals.

So this egg is chirping. It'll be hatched soon. I'm excited yesterdays chick will have a friend. Who would like to guess when it'll hatch? No chips out of the egg yet so it is perfect time to guess. I'm thinking about 7:30pm tonight. Comment what time you think. Hubby will be watching it all day.

Halloween is around the corner. As your decorating for the fall and you come across your years of bucket collection please consider donating the ones no longer in use. These make great feed and treat buckets. Even tho they will be used for a short time, filling them with things the animals love is worth it. I can pick up if needed. Oh and I'll be the buyer who grabs them all after the holiday paying only. 10centa a bucket. Hehe. TIA

I'm wanting to start collecting pallets. When the weather cools.off the plan is to.build shelters accommodating each animal from the winter weather. I'm hoping on heating them with lights as well. So if you ha e some pallets laying around please let me know. I'm willing to pick up. TIA!!!

There is always a question of if it's used on what you intended it to. If you'd like to deliver or have it delivered that's fine. Sorry for the absence all. Have had some things to take care of on the farm. I'm not ignoring any of you. Just please be patient. I lost one turkey chick this wknd due to a very curious and playful dog. I hated evey bit of it. Larry then got a fish hook in his bottom lip. Ouch but he did good getting it out. Changing bedding every other day for all is time consuming as well. Pearl getting used to me has had to take patience. She's traveled out of the pen but stays in the yard away from all. She's made besties with two other hens. My sitting hen I believe is sitting on quitters but we're just gonna give a little more time. Yesterday I noticed Larry not eating and today I got a video from the hubby under my car fixing it with Larry u playful and staying out of trouble. I noticed his demeanor was off so when I came home we inspecting him noticing his gum white and mouth cottony. He needs worming even tho a vet said I didn't have to continue it once a month so all goats and sheep will be fully wormed and carefully watched. Just alot going on as well as working, helping, getting ready for school, donating, caring for and more. Please pray for all my fur babies. Pray for sanity and guidance.

Ok you all pearl is improving her social skills. She has joined the woman's club but she's part of the she hates he club as well. She does not like the roosters at all. She's skittish around them. She cackles, and gossips with the ladies like they are in a hair salon but you won't find her on farmers only. Also Pearl likes to stay where security is high. Her and Bon Qui Qui are tight. She hasn't left the coop which is fine with me. She likes me around but from a distance. So all good news. Hope you enjoyed hearing about Pearl. Stay tuned for more updates.
