For Classic Country Horse Shows this weekend August 24&25 2024:

Looking like a beautiful weekend for a horse show!

Stalls have been tagged for these folks, including locations in case the cards blow away:in Race Barn Paris/Yuenger (7 stalls total closest to outdoor), Carey (5 stalls farthest from outdoor), Draft Barn Baldauf (2 stalls aisle closest to outdoor, track end), 40 Barn Boshart (stall 10), 30/Pole Barn Willis (8 stalls inside aisle track end)...anyone else who paid for a stall with pre-entries or will be making post entries can pick any untagged/unoccupied stall and let the office know your location when you check in.

The office will open by 7:45 on Saturday morning for a 9 am show start time.

Remember, the fairgrounds requires no horses or even empty Horse trailers on the grounds before 3pm. The fair will charge $150 to any one in violation of this. (This isn't a show rule, but it is a fairgrounds policy)
Food vendor: Chris's Concessions will be open early each morning!

Friendly reminder .... no horses (or empty horse trailers) on the cobleskill fairgrounds before 3pm today (Friday August 23rd).
The fairgrounds charges $150 per trailer, that come in before 3pm. They do have cameras. If you want to come in before 3pm then kindly make a check payable to the Schoharie County Agricultural Society for $150. This is the fairs policy, NOT the horse shows' policy.
