Jack Russell Terriers for work, play and everything in between! Venery: to hunt with dogs It has been a slow journey but we have loved every minute of it.

Our love for the Jack Russell Terrier began in 1995 with our first JRT, Bandit. He was probably the worst behaved dog to have ever graced our lives and truly our most favorite! Bandit taught us what it meant to be a terrier and to live life to the fullest. And with him we started our journey into the world of the Jack Russell Terrier. ts. A little more about ourselves, I am an equine veterinarian and my husband is a marine scientist. We have been members of the JRTCA since the late 90's and have enjoyed many aspects of showing terriers from racing, go to ground, lure coursing and conformation. Our son joined us on this journey and has been a huge part of helping raise all of our puppies. Whenever we see one of our dogs out and about they always run up to our son with a huge greeting. It has been said by many people that their dogs love of children was fostered by our son. Our goal in breeding has always been to produce a terrier that takes our breath away with balanced good looks and a true terrier personality. We want the terrier that loves life and everything it has to offer--loving families, outdoor activities, chasing critters and digging holes. And the terrier that has a good cuddle at the end of a long day! We are a small breeder and on average produce 1-2 litters per year--one year we may have none and the other 3. Puppies are sold with a 2 year health guarantee and lifelong support just a phone call or email away. On occasion we will offer a older puppy or young adult as well.
