Bailey’s K9 Academy is now offering In Home Pet Sitting to our fellow Desoto and Marshall County residents.

My wonderful husband Chris, who most of you know, is excited to start offering this service!
Pricing will start out at 30$ a day, for 3 drop in visits per day for up to 2 dogs. Additionional charges for additional dogs.

Dogs must be friendly with strangers coming in. Meet & Greet Required prior!

Hello Everyone!
We are opening back up our boarding list for new clients 🤎 and I am so excited to add some new faces to our regular group of boarding pups!

Our Boarding Dogs are kept in a home environment. We have a bedroom inside our home dedicated to the dogs that stay with us. Each dog is provided a clean, secure plastic crate appropriate to their size, 24/7 access to fresh clean water, clean blankets and bedding (if applicable, we understand some dogs are chewers 👀). Our Boarding Room is temperature controlled and under video surveillance constantly to ensure safety.

All dogs are let out multiple times a day for bathroom breaks, enjoy free time in the home, regular walks and we have a 6ft tall fenced play yard for pups to enjoy when the weather is appropriate!🌳🎾🌺

We keep a limited number of dogs at a time to provide a more personal experience for the dogs that stay with us. We also are able to accomadate dogs with specific medical needs & medication requirements, within reason.

Our pricing is 40$ per night for 1 dog. 30$ is added for each additional dog per night.
We do require proof of up to date vaccines such a DA2PPL (Distemper/Adenovirus/Parvo/Parsinfluenza/Lepto combo vaccines), Rabies and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Must be administered by licensed DVM!!

You must provide food for your dogs stay. We offer drop offs and pick ups for dogs within a 30 min radius. Message me for more info or to book in😁

Giving a warm welcome to one of our newest Cadets, Mr “Copper” the 6 month Mini Doodle, to !

Copper initially was coming for Basic training but his parents decided to go ALL in, so this sweet face will be a fixture in our crew for a minute while he goes through the full Advanced course 😁

Welcome Cadet “Max” back to !

Max is an 8 month old Golden Retriever who participated in our Puppy Program this past December. He is now with us for Basic Obedience! This guy has grown up to be such a friendly, well natured pup! What an honour to be part of his journey again 😁🫶🏻

This guy is proof that moving at the dogs pace is so important. While his progress hasn’t been fast paced, the difference in his mental state before vs now are so vast. He is coming along well 🙂

Welcome to , “Albie”! This Heeler mix guy is so full of life. He’s incredibly social and happy to be involved…. A little too involved 🤣 He’s here for our Advanced program. Not only will he be getting on and off leash obedience but we will also be working on settling, personal space and not jumping on people.

Albie is wired and on go mode 24/7, which is common for this breed. They can be a lot! But with guidance, I think Albie is going to be just fine 😁

I looooove her! We’re ready to start moving our way to off leash work here soon. Building up her confidence in decision making a little more, but I’m very proud of how far she’s come already! She’s such a smart lady!

Herding this afternoon with my personal dog, 18 month old Border Collie, Havok!

Getting some Bitework Reps in with my girl, Nore, this past Wednesday! Nore (Nor-ee) is a 6 year old female Belgian Malinois and one of my 5 Bitesport/Protection Dogs! She loves getting to bite her favorite bad guy, Korey Styles of Shadow Canine, LLC 🫶🏻

Bailey & Bear absolutely LOVED their Doggy Donuts from the Pawtissiere Booth at the Hernando Farmers Market this past Saturday! Meghan makes the BEST doggy treats, cakes and more! Y’all check her page out or visit her booth this coming Saturday. Well definitely be going back for some more goodies soon 😁

Working with littermates “Jagger” & “Butcher” this evening! After giving them a few days to decompress and adjust to their environment, we are ready to get to work!! Good job, boys!

Our DayCamp pups, Buddy, Lola & Mabel! 🩷 After a morning of obedience/mental enrichment + plenty of play, these pups are ready to relax! Mabel loves watching watching Kitchen Nightmares with us, she’s a woman of taste 🤣 Rest up guys, the day isn’t done yet!

Working with “Harley” on the yard this evening! Lots of semi trucks, people, industrial sounds, etc This our first time asking for Obedience off leash from her in this type of distracting environment so we had lots of food rewards and heavy praise! I’m definitely happy with how she did! Our sessions were fast paced due to traffic flow in & out between trucks and she kept up well and gave me some nice speed as well in return 🥰 Good Job, Harley!
