es struggling with Post Traumatic Stress whether it's service related or not. Our company is owned and staffed by veterans and first responders who understand the personal and professional struggles that come with working on the front lines. Our goal is to provide a safe place that our clients can come learn strategies on how to manage stress that is work related, or from a traumatic event while interacting with the horses in an experiential style environment. We offer workshops on a variety of topics that are taught by medical and mental health professionals. Their goal is to meet the needs of our clients by creating a program for each workshop that is educational and experiential. Southern Strides also offers recreational adaptive riding, a lesson program for children and adults, corporate team building, pet therapy program, and we host the Southern Strides Kids Club for ages 7 and up! Phoenix played too hard with Shiloh in the pasture and has been having some back pain. He has been getting his chiropractic adjustments but we decided to do some x-rays as well. Delaney was excited to help assist Dr. Walter.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!
Our team is excited to see what 2025 brings!

Our herd is getting ready to return to work on Monday! They are getting their medical check ups and chiropractic work this week. Dr. Ashley Mincey and Dr. Matt Walter are two of our many specialists that our team is grateful for the care they provide for our herd.

SNEAK PEEK- EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!!

We'd like to introduce a new member to our herd, Phoenix!

Phoenix is a 15-hand dun quarter horse that was gifted to Southern Strides by the Larsen family in Eustis. He has a very chill attitude and appears to approach life with a calm stride! Our team will be evaluating him over the next few weeks and letting him settle in. We feel truly blessed that we were chosen by the Larsen family for this wonderful gift, and we are very excited to start seeing what our students are going to learn from working with him!!!
