es struggling with Post Traumatic Stress whether it's service related or not. Our company is owned and staffed by veterans and first responders who understand the personal and professional struggles that come with working on the front lines. Our goal is to provide a safe place that our clients can come learn strategies on how to manage stress that is work related, or from a traumatic event while interacting with the horses in an experiential style environment. We offer workshops on a variety of topics that are taught by medical and mental health professionals. Their goal is to meet the needs of our clients by creating a program for each workshop that is educational and experiential. Southern Strides also offers recreational adaptive riding, a lesson program for children and adults, corporate team building, pet therapy program, and we host the Southern Strides Kids Club for ages 7 and up!
