Our offices will be closed starting noon on Wednesday, November 27 and re-opening on Monday, December 3. As always, we are available for emergency services.

The Equine Wellness and Performance of Central Florida office will be closed starting noon Wednesday, October 9 through Thursday, October 10.

As always, we will provide emergency services as long as it is safe to be on the road.

We plan to reopen Friday, October 11 for regular service, weather and road condition permitting.

Please stay safe and give extra love and hugs from us to your horses and ponies.

A few of our amazing clients wanted to know how they might be able to help….

We are devastated to see the disastrous effects of Hurricane Helene that have impacted thousands of people and equines far and wide. Please join The Foundation for the Horse, the AAEP's charitable arm, in aiding the victims of the hurricane with a donation to help those affected.

The Foundation for the Horse works directly with equine veterinarians on the ground to make sure supplies, hay, feed and veterinary care are provided to animals in need.

Pictured is an example of the devasting effects the residents of Hendersonville, NC have suffered during Hurricane Helene.

MEDICATION REFILLS, ETC:
If you need anything from our offices (medications refilled, etc) before the break, please be sure to call today (Monday) so we can address your needs.

We are so thankful our team will have a few days to disconnect and spend much deserved time with their family and friends! We hope you have a chance to do the same.

Update: Service has been restored but should it go down again today, leaving this here!

At around 3:30 am, while Dr. Biegel was on his way to an emergency, his phone went into SOS mode.

What:
There appears to be a cellular outage impacting many people nationwide.

Impact:
The outage impacts our ability to receive emergency calls/pages and contact our doctors once they are on the road.

Reaching EWP:
We are heading to the office now and will be available “live” for calls at around 7:30.

If you are having difficulty calling from your phone due to the outage, and need to reach us immediately, we are carefully monitoring our mailbox, [email protected] or you can use Facebook messenger (we believe WiFi is enabling internet) until the outage is resolved.
