To ensure the health and safety of our beautiful kittens, we have an adoption policy.
• We must FaceTime or Google Duo with you before reserving and placing deposit on a kitten(s).
• The 100.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are certain circumstances where the deposit can be refunded on an individual basis, but it is not a guarantee. Refunds can take 3-5 days to process. In certain circumstances you will not be refunded your deposit until a new deposit is placed on the kitten. The deposit is to guarantee the kitten(s) future home. The deposit is required for each individual kitten that is adopted.
• The person adopting the kitten(s) must be the person picking up the kitten(s), unless other arrangements are agreed upon, but only for special situations (ONLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY) Absolutely **No pet Couriers** If an agreement is not kept and an unauthorized person comes to pick up the kitten(s), then we reserve the right to refuse pick up. These arrangements must be made prior to scheduling the pick up date, otherwise we reserve the right to deny adoption and the deposit will not be refunded.
• We schedule kitten(s) pick up at 8-9 weeks old. This is based on individual kittens and may vary.
• When scheduling the pick up dates we expect the adopting parents to confirm the day before AND the day of the pick up date to ensure no cancellations. If pick up date is canceled and the kitten(s) is not picked up as agreed upon, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee added to the adoption fee. It will be due either before or at pick up. If there is more than two rescheduled pick up dates, we reserve the right to cancel the adoption. This is for the health and safety of the kitten(s) and to ensure they are going to a good, responsible home.
• We are dedicated to the health, safety, and protection of our kittens. We put all of our heart, love, and soul into the care of our kittens and we expect the same in return, as they will be your new joyous family fur-members.
•. Our kitten(s) are bred for the purpose of having a life long pet. NOT for breeding purposes. **No Breeding Rights**
• We try to be as accommodating as we can to our clients and understand life events happen that are out of our control. We will always take this into consideration when dealing with these matters. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you understand that our kittens are our number one priority and we will always put them first in our decision making.
