I have come to the hard decision that I will no longer be accepting new clients for the foreseeable future. This makes me very sad, because I love meeting new dog friends 🐶 , but until I can get reliable, honest, hard-working groomers in the salon, it's just me! I can't keep up with the clientele that I have, let alone add more. I may also have to make the hard decision to invite some clients to find a new groomer in the very near future. My Summer hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30, or 6:00. No matter what time you're used to me calling you by to pick up your pet, everything is taking me twice as long now. There is no more "you usually call me by," I can't do it! Your pet is not ready until I call you. I am doing the best I can to do quality work in the shortest amount of time I can manage. I am by myself. When you call five times a day to ask if your dog is done yet that slows me down. When you show up at the counter I have to stop what I'm doing and come up and talk to you. On top of the fact that your dog gets extraordinarily excited that you're there and then it makes it very difficult for me to finish. If you would like to remain a client, you must understand I'm doing the best I can and I will call you when your pet is ready and PLEASE do not come down to pop in because you were in the area until I call you. I WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULING THOSE OF YOU THAT CONSISTENTLY DO THAT. I love my job and I love all of the pets that I work on. I'm doing the best that I can and I appreciate you understanding
