Leo absolutely hates waiting for everyone to look at the camera at the same time in order to get a treat, so he barks out of impatience. And every time, without fail, everyone looks at him. This time I was able to capture that moment. 😂

It goes without saying that one gets a lot of thinking done while walking dogs. But occasionally, that thinking becomes wondering what their dogs are thinking… *A conversation between two dogs who have lost their off-leash privileges:* - So. What are you in for? - I bark and lunge at dogs. - What? Why? - I don’t know. - Which dogs? - It’s hard to tell. - You know we’re golden retrievers, right? We get along with everybody. - I don’t know what to tell you. I’m in here for life, I think. - You used to be fine. - Like I said. I don’t know what to tell you. - …. - What about you? What did you do? - Well, I like to take myself on adventures at any given time. - Oh, right. - Yeah. - You used to be great at listening. You were like the poster dog. - I know. - So? - I don’t know. Abi tells me to turn off my nose but I just can’t sometimes! - Maybe you’re having a mid-life crisis? - I think they call it fomo. - Fo-what? - Fear of missing out. - Oh.
