Portis Purrs We are a closed cattery in Central Texas. We raise Maine C**n, Desert, Highland and Alpine Lynx cats. These cats are like no other cat you will ever be around.

We have taken the step to raising Maine C**n and Desert Lynx cats. We have fallen in love with the gentle giants and love the idea of sharing them with others.

Portis Purrs is a small family run cattery in Central Texas. Troy and I fell in love with these cats and truly want to share them. Maine C**ns and the Lynx cats are all great kitties and would make amazing additions to anyone’s family. Besides Maine C**ns we raise Desert Lynx, Highland Lynx and Alpine Lynx. Each kitten we raise is integrated into our daily lives once they are weened from their mothers. Our son Glen is just as hands on as we are with our cats.
