It’s been a great start to the summer! I have yet to get a pool for this season but that will happen soon for these hot dogs!

🐾Just a reminder that we will be CLOSED June 12-17, resuming normal business hours on June 18. 🐾

There are still a few openings throughout the summer, but the sooner you can get on the schedule the better! Always get on the cancellation list!

April is a month where we really focus on Playcare and where most folks are starting to think about summer plans! That said, please remember to book your summer vacations, summer holidays, camper weekends, and music festival reservations ASAP! 6-8 weeks is a great rule of thumb, but the sooner the better. In fact, I only have a limited number of spaces left for July 4th weekend 😳

There are multiple ways to request reservations:

🐾 send me a TEXT to 715-308-0165 (better than calling but calling is ok too) with your date needs.

Just like that, spring break is done and we’re moving on to summer! It’s almost April. That means there are only two months left of school 🤯. I didn’t take NEARLY enough pictures in March so this post does not do justice to how busy we were!
A couple things to note:
🐾 We have openings this weekend and for Easter weekend!
🐾Daycare is much more accessible in April and May, if you’re wanting to give it a try now is the time!
🐾Deposits are required for all reservations exceeding 4 days in length.

It’s March!! Where is the time going?! February was the busiest ever and we couldn’t feel more excited about the future! Now… March… March is SPRING BREAK MONTH! All the school districts have a different spring break it seems. We are very busy, but we are not full so depending on what YOUR spring break plans look like, we may be able to help with last minute needs. Please reach out ASAP if you are still looking for care.
It’s also never too early to book your summer needs as well!

Can you believe we are half way through January already?! Time sure is flying!
That means spring break is less than 2 months away 🤯 almost every school district has a spring break this year and they are all different. What does that mean? That means if you are planning a spring break trip, NOW is the time to book your pup a vacation too! There are some weeks in March that already have limited availability, and the rest will go very quickly! So book ASAP!

The New Year is upon us! 2025 has been a wonderful and growth filled year… thank you!! 2026 is the start of our 7th year in business 🤯 I can’t believe it!!

This is my end of year update for the start of the new. There are a couple changes and things that need to be noted.

🐾 Beginning January 1, 2026 ALL reservations that are 4 days or greater in length will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. This is for existing and new clients alike. Venmo, check, or cash are preferred.

🐾 Boarding prices will be increasing slightly to keep up with inflation. Playcare prices will remain the same. This was a hard decision, so thank you for understanding. Please visit our website or DM me for details.

🐾 Our family vacation is in JUNE this year!! We will be closed June 11-17, 2026.

🐾 This is also my annual reminder that this is our home first! Please respect it as such. Please respect (and have your children respect) our property and our posted signs regarding entry to our home and the fenced area.

🐾 Drop off and pick up availability is determined by our family schedule not scheduled business hours.

Some dogs just don’t care how cold it is! Some dogs are built for the cold!
I get asked a lot “what do you do when it’s super cold outside?”
Well, we go out anyway, but only as long as they can tolerate. On subzero days that may be only 3-5 minutes but we go out more often. Unless you’re Bolt (Husky), Chance (Ted heeler), or Boon (German shepherd) they just looked at me like I was crazy to not want to stay 😅 Bolt took the long way around just to get one more run in!

And just like that, it’s December! Where did the year go?! Now comes Christmas, New Year’s and all the family gatherings for the end of the year!
