We are having problems with our phone system today. We have been told that it is a problem with AT&T and that people with AT&T are unable to call the clinic, but people with other service providers are able to. We just wanted to let you know that due to the threat of inclement weather in our area tomorrow, Feb 3rd, we will proactively be closing for the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Howdy and Happy Holidays!

First things first! Due to all of the holidays coming up quick, shipping delays will start occurring and it will take us longer to get medications and food in stock. Please give us a call and let us know that your pet will be needing food or medication refills with plenty of notice!

Second, we will be closing tomorrow, Wednesday 11/24 at 12:00pm for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will not be available until Monday 11/29 and we will open back up with our normal schedule. If case of emergencies, please contact Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital at 979-845-2351.

Howdy!

If your pet is on any kind of prescription diet food (Purina, Hills, or Royal Canin), we ask that you give us at least a 2 week notice when a refill is needed. All of our food companies are experiencing longer than usual shipping delays at this time. By providing us a 2 week notice, if we are unable to get your food in in time, we will have enough time to transition your pet to an appropriate alternate diet for the time being! We understand your frustration in times like this and apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a nationwide issue that we unfortunately have no control over.

Due to the unfortunate rise of Covid-19 cases in our area, we have decided to go back to Parking Lot/Curbside Service only. Due to forecasted additional sleet and snow overnight and below freezing temps again, Anderson Ridge will be closed tomorrow, Thursday 2/18.
