What a wonderful day to memorialize General George Washington. The First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry paraded from the troop armory, to a beautiful church service to honor George Washington and all the members of the troop that have been lost in the last year, and then back to the armory.
Supporting beautiful traditions like this is why we are so honored to get to help these men.
There were eight horses that got shipped into Philly for this parade. A full truck and trailer! “Biggie”, a new member of the crew, had his first adventure to the big city and couldn’t have been more perfect

What an honor it was to help the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry celebrate their 250th birthday! This historic group of men fought beside George Washington, and continue that service to their country to this day.
Supporting the people that help keep our country free is such an honor.
Taking seven horses into the city is no easy feat. This trip was “Moose’s” first official parade and we couldn’t have been more happy with him. Rescued out of the kill pen just earlier this year, it is patience and trust that brings these horses who have been thrown away around. In this group of seven, four of these horses were taken directly out of the slaughter pipe like by Kelly Smith at Omega Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation Center Inc. It just goes to show the value that they have.

Veterans Day is a day of remembrance and honor, where we thank those who have given their time and their lives to keeping us safe in this great country. We are proud to support our troops.
The freedoms we enjoy were won at a cost and this should never be forgotten.🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who made our IEA show happen yesterday! It was a group effort that couldn’t have happened without everyone’s help.

All the Kids rode well, knocking the dust off from last season and putting down some great rides.
We loved seeing everyone enjoying the beautiful day on the property, along with some great food from our caterer Schaeffer’s catering!
Horse providers, judge, steward, teams, coaches, thank you all it couldn’t have happened without you!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for our Fundraising Horse Show for Omega Horse Rescue!
Despite all the rain the footing is great! We will figure out parking 😂
Looking forward to all the raffle baskets being offered, they look great! Also looking forward to seeing ARB Photography and the wonderful photos they will take. And after all that getting food schaffers catering who will also be joining us.

We are overwhelmed with the support flooding in for Omega Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation Center Inc and our Fundraising Horse Show for Omega Horse Rescue this coming Saturday.

We now have all divisions sponsored! Thank you all who have reached out to sponsor! We are still accepting donations that will go directly to the rescue!

We are so proud to of provided the horses for the color guard with the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry on Monday night at Devon. Being able to help honor our military men and women on Memorial Day is our honor.

The horses used in the event were rescued from slaughter by Omega Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation Center Inc.

Thank you to our service members for sacrificing to keep us safe. 🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day evening, the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair recognized honored guests in the annual Tribute to Heroes Ceremony.

The definition of the word hero is a person who is admired for their achievements, bravery, and courage; whose intent is to make this world a better place for all of us.  

Today, people throughout our country gather to remember, honor and pay gratitude to those who serve our country.

The Tribute to Heroes ceremony is Devon’s way of thanking all those who protect us for their many sacrifices.

Two special guests were in attendance this evening, United States Navy veteran Buford Cline and United States Army veteran Ray Parker, both of whom heroically served our country in World War II. Mr. Cline and Mr. Parker, thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country!

Camp runs from June 24th-August 2nd in 2,4, and 6 week increments. For ages 7-16, and different experience levels are welcome!
