First Grooming Competition - complete! What an incredible journey to get here. Even though I didn’t place, I got incredible feedback & had so much fun!

A huge thank you to Morgan Dobbs for always pushing me to compete, being so helpful and informative, and being a great friend. It eased a lot of anxiety having a friend in the ring with me!

A huge thank you to Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association and all the work they are doing. With attending their Mock Competition, I went into the ring today with confidence and a clear game plan. A HUGE thank you to Sarah Moon Grooms for the critique and feedback. I have learned so much from you this year.

Thank you to everyone who came to support me, my mom for taking such good care of my daughter while I’m away so I can follow my dreams. Thank you to Alexander Castillo for being an amazing partner, father to our daughter, and assisting me today.

Also a huge thank you to Cherry. She is such a good sport, and incredible dog to groom, and my dearest companion. We have such a deep bond and I wouldn’t be the groomer I am today without her.

WOW what an incredible weekend! Ventured down to Austin for a refresh seminar on everyday faces. There were so many “Aha!” Moments, tips and tricks, and valuable information I learned. A huge thank you to Sarah , Robin, and Jade for setting all of this up for us. I loved spending all day with my fellow pet stylists that have a passion for upping their game & brushing up on their skills. The goodie bags were amazing and I even won the raffle, excited to try these new TPPGA combs by Groomer Supply House and shampoo samples by Melanie Newman Salon Essentials.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association and I cannot wait to see what opportunities are ahead for all of us.

WOW, what an incredible experience! We finished our first Mock Competition with Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association and left feeling so inspired. I went in with 10 weeks of growth and no idea what I wanted to do, but with the help of our amazing judges, we have a new blueprint for Cherry for the U.S. Pet Pro Classic

A special thank you to Sarah, Yiyeon, Gavyn, & Christie for taking the time to come out and teach us. I got excellent information and critiques from everyone.
