Check trees around your house for weak branches that should be removed by you now, rather than by snow and ice later.
If you’re in the midst of raking leaves, save them to use them in the garden. Pound for pound, leaves contain twice the mineral content of manure!

Goodmorning! We will have a pallet out during business hours that you may bring feed to put on or buy feed through us to put on, that will be picked up everyday throughout the week and taken to a truck that will make a trip to Hurricane Helene victims for donations. It can be anything; horse feed, chicken feed, dog feed, cat feed etc. Anything and everything will help!!

Shorter days and cooler temperatures. For people, it’s a sign that it is back to school time and fall. To chickens, it’s a sign that it is time to renew their feathers.
