We will be closing at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow (11/27/24) for the Thanksgiving holiday and will re-open on Monday (12/2/24) morning. If you are needing to pick up medication or preventatives please give us a call so we can get those filled for you.
🚩Please remember... do not feed your furry family members any turkey bones or table food over the holiday. We love seeing your fur babies but hate it when they are sick.

*No Call/No Show Policy*
We have had several no call/no show appointments. Due to this we are going to be enforcing our no call/no show policy.
If a client no call/no shows ONE appointment, you will be required to pre-pay, at the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE office visit for each pet you would like to schedule for ALL future appointments.
We understand that things happen, emergencies come up and we will be understanding of those situations.
This policy will be enforced in the hope that we will receive advance notification if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. By notifying us of cancellation of your appointment, this allows us to provide urgent-care appointment availability to patients in need.
