Since its about that time heres a reminder of our sales policy

**Convention/Regular Sales Policy**

1. All rabbits and cavies for sale, as well as those going to convention, will be transported by Savage Hills at no cost, or by one of our transporters for a fee of $50–90 per animal (if we do not attend the event). If you purchase any of the rabbits or cavies we plan to sell at convention, sales slips must be picked up before checkout day—the earlier, the better. Pedigrees will be emailed or mailed before convention if the animal is fully paid for, or after we return if payment is completed at the last minute.

2. All rabbits and cavies will be entered by Savage Hills. Entry fees are an additional cost on top of the purchase price unless other arrangements have been made.

3. We do not maintain a waiting list. All rabbits and cavies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We allow 72 hours for buyers to arrange transport without requiring a deposit. After 72 hours, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the animal. Animals will not be marked as sold unless fully paid for.

4. All rabbits and cavies must be paid in full before leaving with transport at least one week prior to the convention, or before we depart our property if entered in our name. If other arrangements have been made for you to enter your own animal, final payment is due before the entry deadline. Payments are accepted via PayPal (Friends and Family), Venmo, and Cash App.

5. Any available rabbits or cavies can be picked up or delivered to any shows we attend.

6. We will consider all transporters, but we reserve the right to refuse any transporter we feel would not be suitable for the animal's welfare. All transports must pass through Fort Morgan, Colorado for pickup.

7. All rabbits and cavies are inspected for illness, disqualifications, and injury before being listed for sale and before leaving our barn. Once the animal leaves our property, Savage Hills is not responsible for any issues, and no refunds will be given. We may choose to replace the animal at no cost to the buyer on a conditional basis.

8. We reserve the right to turn away any potential buyer if we feel it is in the best interest of the animal.

9. All sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued unless other arrangements have been made.
