Due to a family health situation affecting us in the long-term, we regret to inform everyone that we will be shutting down, hopefully temporarily.

We also had a great week of harvesting gourmet mushrooms which means we have a lot of spent blocks for anyone wanting to supplement their soil.

It was so great meeting many new people and customers at the Fountain Farmers Market today! We are very excited for next Saturday!! You should also check out the other vendors. We experienced some amazing salsa, delicious kettle corn and mouthwatering cookies. There was even someone selling cool creations made by a 3D printer.

On a separate note, would anyone like some spent mushroom blocks? These are great for your soil, especially for your garden. You may even see mushrooms growing in your own backyard.

Want to keep a handy supply of mushrooms in your pantry? We also offer dried mushrooms in 1oz and 2oz packages. 2oz is equivalent to 1lb of fresh mushrooms. $8 for 1oz, $13 for 2oz. Simply rehydrate them for 30mins in hot water before cooking.

Now we are getting serious. Meet the new company van!

With this van, we are fully gearing up for this summer farmers’ markets.

We plan to be at the Fountain farmer’s market from May 27th to July 1st. From July 8th to September 16th, we’ll be at the Pueblo Mall farmer’s market. Specific details will be posted as we get closer to the season.

We had a great harvest of delicious and healthy gourmet mushrooms this morning!

The varieties are Lion’s Mane, Chestnut, Blue, Snow and Florida oysters. We’ll be at our usual spot in downtown selling them, on Tejon street and over by COATI. Fresh mushrooms are $12 per pound. Dried mushrooms are $7.99 or $12.99 for the 1oz or 2oz sealed packages. 1 pound of mushrooms equals about 2oz.
