Remember your pup's paws are sensitive to the heat, just like your feet! Morning and evening walks are a great idea when it's too hot to trot during the day, and staying on grass or dirt helps too! 🐾🐾

Freedom isn't free... RSK9 Colorado's Rescue Crew is grateful for Independence Day!🎇🎆

RSK9 Indy is our little GSD/Kelpie mix and was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Louisiana 9 years ago. This little lady looks mild, but she's all working drive and sass. She came to us with a ton of behavioral issues (and heartworm 😔) and she truly represents the start of owner/head trainer Brady's dog-training journey. After consistent training and gentle e-collaring, little Indy became one of the best pets we've ever had. These days, she spends most of her time playing ball and napping, but you may just catch her working with us in our puppy program- she has excellent maternal instincts and is great with socializing younger dogs.

RSK9 Atlas is our pit/boxer mix who came to us from a high-kill shelter in Houston 10 years ago. He spends most of his time napping, eating, running the occasional zoomie, and generally looking younger than his age.

🐾GSD Max is headed home today! Max joined us for our obedience-focused board and train program and crushed it! This gentle giant learned how to behave in all environments- at home, in various retail stores, in the great outdoors, and at our training site in Black Forest! 🐾Luna recently joined us for our off-leash program to work on obedience! She's a young shepherd/husky mix with tons of energy and s***k. She was 5 months old when she came to us, so we took our time with working obedience skills and introducing e-collar. She responded wonderfully and has been doing great! With e-collar training, a patient and gentle approach is always the way to go.
We loved working with little Luna and are so proud of her!🐾

Mr. Murphy is happy that it's Friday too!
