We are proud to serve as a drop off location for the Colorado Pet Pantry this holiday season! Your donations of any pet products are picked up and distributed to pets and their families in need across Colorado. The Colorado Pet Pantry does accept food that is expired (up to 1 year), open bags and prescription diets too! If you have a donation, please feel free to stop by any time during our business hours! Our donation bin is in our front lobby, to the right as you walk in. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 719-528-5557!

We are very happy to introduce our new doctor to our BBAH family! Dr. Hendricks will be starting next week and will start seeing appointments in January! We are so excited for her to join our team and for everyone to meet her soon! Here is a little bit about her background so you can get to know her a little too! 💜

Dr. Hendricks grew up in western New York where her goal of working in the veterinary field started. After earning her Bachelor of Science from D'Youville College in biology, she attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Dr. Hendricks moved to Idaho to start her career in small animal general practice. Her interests include preventative medicine, dermatology and soft tissue surgery. After spending 3 years working under amazing mentorship, she and her husband decided to branch out and make the move to Colorado Springs. Dr. Hendricks is proud to be a fur mom of a rescue dog and 5 amazing cats! She enjoys reading mystery novels, hitting the gym and cooking international cuisine.

Remy was in for his first exam a couple weeks ago and he was a very good boy! He was a little nervous to meet us at first, but he quickly warmed up to everyone and was very curious! We can wait to see this sweet little nugget again soon! 💚

Bandit and Smokey were in for their first appointments a few weeks ago, but they were not feeling their best. They came back last week for a recheck and these boys are doing so much better! We are so happy they are doing so well and loving life! 💙💚
