Allergen Detection Service Dogs The dogs we train have a profound impact on the lives of children and adults throughout the world.

Founded in 2011, we have continued to provide exceptional dogs to detect traces of life threatening allergens in the environment for people with anaphylaxis, Celiac Disease and other autoimmune diseases. By providing people who suffer from anaphylaxis with a new ability to "see" what is in their environment through the nose of a dog, they are able to experience life with newfound freedom. They are

able to avoid contact with allergens which may have caused sever skin reactions, anaphylactic shock or even death. We are honored to be a part of the process that changes lives for so many people worldwide.

Much of what we do here when we are not training dogs is talking with people about their allergies. Fragrance sensitivities are one issue we haven't found a good detection solution for. Not much is known about this type of condition in the medical world (read: nada, nothing, zilch, zip), so talking with others who experience similar symptoms can help people find better ways to manage their own reactions. I'm re-posting a message from one person who has spent decades identifying fragrance sources in her environment and is willing to share her knowledge with others. Information is power!

This post is long overdue, but the congratulations are sincerely heartfelt! CONGRATULATIONS to Addy Luke and K-9 Koda!!! Koda is now a Pennsylvania peanut detection dog. Addy's mom, Elizabeth, is the handler, but don't tell that to Addy. She knows that dog is all hers!
