We're thrilled to announce we have a Puppy Raising 101 Class coming this month, the perfect opportunity to set your puppy up for success! This engaging and fun course will:
- Teach essential skills (sit, down, recall, loose-leash walking, potty training, and much more)
- Help build confidence: each week we will have a different theme such as noises, movement, handling, etc.
- And prepare your puppy to earn the prestigious AKC STAR Puppy Certification.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Animal Assistance Foundation, this 7-week class is only $25!

Spaces are limited, so don't wait! Give your puppy the best start in life and enjoy the journey to certification together.

This "adorabull" 3-year-old American Pitbull Terrier, once slated for euthansia, thanks to ABRT is now waiting for a family to call her own. Even though she's been looking for that family for over a year, Percy is a total rockstar at our facility and a favorite among our volunteer dog walkers. 💕

Let’s finish 2024 with a bang!

For our last story of the year, we want to highlight three dogs who, without the support of All Breed Rescue & Training, wouldn’t get the chance to welcome the New Year.

We often keep our content light to protect our followers from the tough realities we face daily, but it's important to be open and share.

These three dogs deserve the opportunity to see 2025, and without ABRT, that chance wouldn't exist.

Though they come from different backgrounds, their potential outcomes would have been the same. All three were deemed unadoptable and would have faced tragic fates without our intervention.

Let me introduce you to little Onyx, whom we rescued as a six-month-old puppy, and who had been adopted and returned from the shelter three times in his short little life. He just needs a dedicated training approach to thrive.

Then there's Littles, another misunderstood puppy who found herself in a shelter due to anxiety and typical adolescent challenges that many of us can relate to.

Last but not least is Ranger, who initially joined us through the self-foster program after being rescued by a Good Samaritan. Although we thought he had found his forever home, personal circumstances brought him back into our care.

Each of these dogs is deserving and worthy, and still on the hunt for their forever families.

The ABRT team will continue to support them every step of the way until they find their ideal match.

All we ask is for your support, just as we support the dogs in our community. Without it, countless dogs will miss out on another joyful New Year.

Thanks to the generosity of two anonymous matching donors, we are excited to announce another donor challenge match.

These two supporters of ABRT have combined their resources to provide a $750 dollar-for-dollar match starting now and running until noon tomorrow, January 1st.

Let’s come together to make this match a reality, not just for Onyx, Ranger, and Littles, but for all the dogs like them who are waiting for someone to advocate for them, just as ABRT has done for these three.

She's seen firsthand the incredible impact of our hard work for client dogs, their families, and the homeless animals in our community.

But with the steadfast love and devotion of her adopters, Carol and Mark, and the help of our Behavior Modification Team, Tundra successfully conquered her intense separation anxiety and realized her full potential.

She spent several years in training, completed every class, and became an AKC Certified Therapy Dog, eventually becoming the proud face of CSU Pueblo Athletics.

Each year, Carol and Mark pay tribute to her and her journey by initiating this Match Challenge, believing that every puppy deserves a chance to achieve greatness when given the opportunity and support needed to thrive.
