I am here to offer a safe place for your animals to hang out while you are out of town if boarding is simply just not an option for you. First let me tell you a bit about myself. ring for animals. I have 3 critters of my own; a dog named Willow and two cats, Leilo and Calypso. I have worked as a doggy daycare attendant, kennel worker, receptionist and veterinary assistant over the past 2 years so I am very well versed in animals, behavior, and medications. I am very good as insulin injections and administering other medication as well. I have loved animals from a very young age and have never been without one. Here’s my mission. I love working at boarding/day care facilities. I love the energy, playing with the dogs and watching them run wild in the play yard together...but that environment is not right for every dog unfortunately. Some dogs do great in boarding situations, other do not. That’s where I come in. I do encourage people to try boarding first (and I have a great place to recommend for that for you are interested), but if it doesn't work, I can help! I have 3 options available (I charge by the night, not the day):
$15: Pet Sitting (dogs only)
-$7.50 (half price) if there are any additional animals.
-This is my personal favorite! Pet sitting is when your little critter(s) stay with me! Any/all dog/people/cat (+/-) friendly animals are welcome! This option is not available for cats unfortunately due to stress on my cats and yours.
-Also if doing this option, I do require a meeting before they come stay with me. My Willow is a very sweet dog but I prefer them to meet before had just is case it doesn't work out. I will only take on one client of pet sitting at once.
-I DO REQUIRE ALL DOGS TO BE COMPLETELY UP TO DATE ON ALL VACCINES INCLUDED BORDETELLA...I WILL NEED PROOF OF THIS!!
$20: In-home Pet Sitting (any animal)
-$10 (half price) if there are any additional animals.
-In home is when I check on your animals multiple times a day for feeding, playtime and exercise.
-This is a great option for the smaller pocket pets or even some cats too. I do have experience caring for cats, rats, mice, gerbils, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds and even horses though to will not ride them for liability reasons.
-I charge more for this because this takes me possibly further away from school. The up charge is to cover my gas alone (may increase if distant is greater than 10-15 miles)
$20-25(+/-): House Sitting (any animal)
-$10-12.50 (half price) if there are any additional animals.
-House sitting is when I stay for the duration at your house with your animals.
-This is another great option for cats and elderly animals that will need more attention but won't want to deal with other new animals by staying at my house. This is also a great option for horses!
-The price for house sitting varies depending on location. Ask for details
**For all three of these situations, I do ask for your veterinarian's information, in cases of emergencies. I do work at a local veterinary hospital but I would rather take your animal to their veterinary if something where to happen.**
Services all include:
-Walks/exercise
-Playtime (with or without Willow)
-Feeding
-Grooming service which include a**l gland expression, simple baths, nail trims and teeth brushing (at additional cost of $5 besides baths which are $10)
-Giving medications
-Reinforcing training (free of charge!)
