I am at a total loss for words. It has only been a short time since I was informed of my (THIRD!) first place "Best Of" award given by the Colorado Springs Independent. This morning I woke up to a text letting me know that I had made it past the first nomination round for the Gazette's "Best Of," as well! I didn't even ask ya'll to do this, for me. I am humbled. I am grateful. I am definitely feeling so loved, appreciated and supported.

🗣️Announcement! Shuri, the pup with the scarf on- will be getting ACL surgery on Tuesday. That means I’ll have to be out on temporary leave for at least two weeks, while she recovers. I know the holidays are generally a time when people look forward to getting on the groom schedule. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have to take care of my own family. I appreciate the understanding! 🧡
