Korean Marinated Eggs (Mayak Eggs)
Super addicting and easy to prepare!

Ingredients
* 10 eggs
* 150ml light soy sauce
* 150ml water
* 1 tbsp red onion, chopped
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 1 tbsp red chili peppers, chopped
* 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
* Sugar, to taste (or honey/syrup)
* Green onions, chopped

Instructions
1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.

2. Transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and let them cool completely.

3. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, red onion, garlic, chili peppers, sesame seeds, sugar, and green onions.

4. Carefully peel the eggs and place them in an airtight container. Pour the prepared sauce over the eggs.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

6. Enjoy with rice!
