Very excited to formally announce that this spring we will be adding 17 more stalls and a beautiful 80x200’ indoor arena, along with 12 additional fields to our wonderful home. Thank you endlessly to for your tireless efforts, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a state of facility for us to practice our craft.

Additionally, there will never be enough appreciation for our clients who have stuck by us and trusted us to do right by them and their horses when we initially made the move.

If you are considering joining our team, please reach out now. Most of these new stalls are already spoken for, however there are a few that will be available!

Well! Not to be outdone by their barn mates yesterday, Halcyon, owned by as well as Leading Lady and Royal Code, owned by had another banner day at . rode:

🥇 Halcyon to the the 3’ Derby, jumping with style and heart.

🥈Leading Lady to finish just behind her barn mate, demonstrating her new found affinity for derbies, attacking the handy round 💜

Royal Cody, where an unfortunate rail kept him from the second round. He is the guy that you know you can walk into any ring on, and he’s going to be there for you. He breaths confidence into his riders, and tries his heart out, love you buddy.

Each of these horses has had a slightly different journey. Whether they started the program here at MSS as a 6-year-old with an unfinished change and limited power steering (but the BEST ATTITUDE), or a 1.30 horse (less than a year ago) that wasn’t so sure about the American style- or all the greenery (but amazing style), or a good guy who lacked style, a change, and straightness, it had been an amazing and enlightening process developing them along side their owners.

Thank you for trusting the process, thank you for believing in me, thank you for doing EVERYTHING to help your horses be the best they can be 🦄💜

Not only did .equestrian make the top 12 after the written exam for the horsemanship class but she was also awarded the Joe Medico Grant today. Talk about a well rounded equestrian. So proud! Congratulations!

It has been 18 years since my last visit to .showpark and I was BLOWN AWAY by the improvements that have been made, the kindness of the staff, and the attention to detail that made each class feel unique and special. We had 2 amazing weeks filled with laughter, huge achievements, family and fun! Thank you to our staff and clients that made these 2 weeks such a HUGE success, we can’t want to return next year!

Highlights:

and Bazooka RESERVE CHAMPION MHJ Adult Mini Medal Final, 8th Child Adult Derby, 9th, Open Derby

and Esperanto CHAMPION Week 1 and RESERVE Week 2 in the Low Adults, 11th in the MHJ Adult Mini Medal Final. also one their 2’9 USHJA Hunter Warm Up Trip.

and Halcyon ended up RESERVE, and moved up a division with great success! Lion and Kate also ended up 4th in the Open Derby with an 87 in the Handy Round Week 2 and 9th Week 1.
e.blum and Pamina Zwartepannenhof D’18 took home several top placings in the 1.0 Jumpers, including a third in the Classic. This team also moved up into the 1.10 division during the two weeks and crushed it! This will be a pair to watch in the months to come.
equestrian and Qing Kong M made a huge impression on the 3’ Equitation ring, qualifying for MHJ, MHC, and NEHC Finals, winning a class out of 38!

Alexa did all of this while also being an essential part of our team, braiding, grooming, and helping her counter part .e.blum I do not know what I would do without you ladies, thank you will never be enough

While moved into College, her Leading Lady also continued her education, earning CHAMPION both weeks in the 3’ USHJA Hunters as well as 7th and 10th in the weekly Open Derbies.

and Rhythmic were CHAMPION Week 1 and RESERVE Week 2 in the 2’9 USHJA Hunters.

Huge thank you to our amazing staff (both home and away), clients, and families that make this all possible. While we are proud of the accolades in the ring, we are even more proud of the camaraderie, team work, and good sportsmanship that was noted by complete strangers over the last 2 Weeks, that’s what it’s really about 🥰💜

RECAP! The last 2 weeks spent at Vermont Summer Festival brough the MSS gang many laughs, some trials, and LOTS of success. Congratulations to all of our riders on such a successful two weeks. There will never be enough thank yous for our amazing team! I am so blessed and honored to be surrounded by such strong horsemen and women who always put the horses first, support one another, and show up as fierce competitors. Watching each of my riders grow and develop, meeting and exceeding their personal goals, while accepting the process fills me with more pride than I can describe. I see pieces of myself in each of you, and it makes the long hours, trips away from family, and sometimes mental and physical anguish, more than worth it. The sky is the limit for each of you and your four-legged partners, keep reaching for the stars.

Esperanto: CHAMPION Low Adults with finishing 1st, 3rd,, 3rd,  4th, 6th and 2nd in the Bit O’ Straw Derby. USHJA 3’ 3rd & 8th out of 24 with .

Bazooka: CHAMPION Modified Adults with finishing 1st, 1st, 3rd, 5th and 10th in the Bit O’ Straw Derby. USHJA 2’9 4th with .

Royal Code: Adult Hunters 2nd & 5th with .

Leading Lady: RESERVE CHAMPION Low Adults with Mia finishing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th.

Qing Kong M: NEHC 2nd, 2nd, & 3rd, Mini Maclay 1st, Mini Medal 2nd, Mini HITS 3rd with .equestrian .

Mazie: Stepped in the 1.0 Meter ring with .e.blum , earing a 2nd and 11th in the Jr/Am Classic.

Paradise: Competed in his first American Horseshow, marching around the Baby Greens like and Old Pro with Kate, never stepping a foot wrong.
