Bow Wow Bed & Breakfast was built by owner and founder Christy Booker in November 1998. The 23 run Indoor/Outdoor Boarding and Grooming facility is privately nestled into the peaceful rolling countryside in the little rural town of Columbia City, Indiana, just 18 miles west of Ft. Wayne. Because of our modest size we offer special care and attention to your beloved pet friends!
We have grown mostly by Veterinarians referring business our way or by word of mouth from satisfied clients telling family and friends about us. We pride ourselves on being strict about having clients show proof of their pets vaccinations being up to date for services to provide a healthy boarding experience. We keep our kennels sanitary and smelling fresh and clean! Dogs are let out for potty time at least 4 times a day. Outdoor pebble stone runs are spacious 8 ft. X 24 ft. long giving dogs ample space to exercise and move about. Extra ”play romp” times can be added onto your cost which gives your dog one on one time with an attendant playing and running in large grassed play yard. This is a special treat for everyone, watching dogs play and interact with us!
Fully functioning all breed skilled Grooming department was started in 2004 and continues to grow mostly by boarding customers and word of mouth.
