Please double-check the date and time of your upcoming appointment. Contact us if you've lost your appointment card. We have had $938 worth of no-shows in just the last 7 business days. This can really take a toll on a small business, as well as your groomer's income, since we are paid commission (per dog). The no-show fee/policy is put in place as an attempt to protect employee income. However, some people will choose to never pay it and just not return, so the groomer's income is still lost for that client.
We understand your dog gets sick, you get sick, unexpected emergencies come up, or there is simply a financial constraint. We are human as well and get sick or have emergencies come up and appreciate your understanding when we need to move your appointment around.
We just ask that you be courteous of your groomer's time and finances and cancel in a timely manner when you know ahead of time you won't be able to make it.
There are many ways to cancel. You can reply "X" through the reminder text, text us at 260-213-1919, or Facebook message. No hassle, no questions asked. A simple "I need to cancel my appointment for [dog] on [day]." That will give us time to fill the open spot. Somebody on the cancelation list would be very happy to take your spot, especially during the holidays when we are extra busy! 🎄
