Help sweet Dixie Mae. Please pray for
The oldest member of Thise Dang Dogs. Dixie Mae has been struggling the last two months. She had a dental treatment in May and has
Developed some issues since then. She will be 15 years old on August 28. 2024. She’s always been a fighter. The last couple of months sweet Dixie Mae had been struggling. She’s having digestive issues. She had lost weight and she’s just not feeling well. I’ve made changes to diet to boost her immune system to no avail. Please pray for sweet Dixie Mae. She’s a fighter and I will be consulting with her vet in the morning. I do not want a her to be in pain and I would never let her suffer.

Please keep sweet Dixie Mae in your thoughts and prayers . She will be 25 yrs old on August 28, 2024. Dixie has berm having some issues the last couple of weeks. She can’t keep her food down and her stomach is quite unsettled no matter what I do. I will be calling Pet Vac Animal Hospital today to see what help can be provided for Dixie Mae

WINSTON DIED. 😭

His heart stopped in the middle of the night. 💔

The doctors tried everything to save him, like I asked them to. Extreme measures. Blood transfusions. A ventilator. A $20,000 bill. But his liver was so destroyed he went into multiple organ failure.

This should not have happened. He should have never had surgery a few days ago based on his bloodwork. A mistake was made that cost him his life. I didn't know until it was too late. I'm so good at picking up on anything that is wrong with the pugs and although I had a weird feeling that he was taking long to bounce back, there was just not enough for me to take him to an ER until it's too late.

I am so heartbroken for this boy! He had a horrible life of neglect and abuse in Mexico. I was so happy when he got here, and we gave him the best life we could. He went to a foster home last November and the fosters dog hurt his arm. He was the saddest boy afterwards. I posted him then and I asked you guys to send him bullysticks which he loved. And you did. You made him so happy.

Today in honor of Winston can you send some bullysticks to all the pugs here who are waiting for their Forever Homes. And food which we are almost completely out of. AMAZON link:

Some pugs we rescue don't live to get that happy ending. Let's make sure that we at least do all we can to bring them joy when we can.

Rest In Peace precious boy. I'm so sorry I didn't know you were sick sooner .. I'm so sorry someone I trusted to help you, failed you. You were loved and you always will be.

I don’t know what is happening with my dogs. Bugsy has been fighting a UTI for the last 2 weeks and he had an emergency procedure on Thursday to remove 20 stones from his little bladder. Just know Dixie Mae woke me up crying and in pain. She’s having issues with her back legs and can barely walk. I gave her pain meds and got her back to sleep. Will probably have to call her vet later this morning to see what’s going on. 😥
