TOMORROW 10.27 come join us at the farm for story time!

Our family visited a couple of weekends ago and we lingered for a while with the rescue goats - one waiting for a wheelchair and one for a prosthetic leg. We had just been gifted the amazing book series by (go give them a follow!) and an idea began stirring in my mind. ⁣
⁣
What would be a more perfect spot to share these inclusive books (with proceeds going towards building inclusive playgrounds!) than alongside the sweet animals at Hidden Bee?! ⁣

🌟 Now Accepting Interest for the 2025 Semester at Hidden Bee Learning! 🌟

We are excited to announce that we’re now gathering interest for the upcoming semester at Hidden Bee Learning. Our program is designed for children ages 5 to 10 (with some exceptions) and runs from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. Hidden Bee Learning offers a variety of hands-on, creative projects like starting small businesses and selling products at our pumpkin patch, giving students a unique and engaging educational experience.

Class Details:

$35 per class with a semester commitment
Attend two or more days, and the price drops to $25 per class
Sibling discounts available
In addition to the core Hidden Bee Learning program, we’re excited to offer a few other specialized options:

Little Explorers (ages 3 to 5, potty trained): This program runs on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 11 AM, with classes priced at $25 each.
Afternoon Classes based on interest, including:
📚 Book Buddies Tutoring – A reading and tutoring program designed to foster a love for books.
🎭 Musical Theater Minis – An exciting class where students can explore acting, singing, and dancing.
🍳 Home Economics – Teaching practical life skills like cooking, sewing, and more.
🧘‍♀️ ABC Yoga – A playful and engaging yoga class for kids.
🧠 Children’s Mindfulness – Helping children learn mindfulness techniques to stay calm and focused.
We also continue to offer our Saturday Specialty Classes, providing exciting learning opportunities for students in different areas of interest.

Please note that classes are filling up quickly. Priority will be given to current students, and expressing interest does not guarantee a spot.

We want to thank you all for your continued support of our rescue efforts and our farms mission. This weekend we had some very special visitors, our very best friends come to visit and help at Hidden Bee 🐝 Without these amazing people(and a few who aren’t pictured) we couldn’t continue to do this work. We hope all of our pumpkin patch visitors had a great time this weekend, here’s to the incoming fall weather and a few more weeks of the pumpkin patch!!

Happiest of birthdays to our very own David, he’s nothing short of amazing. David wears MANY hats-he works so hard around the farm, takes the best care of all the animals, loves glowbowling with the family, a friend to all and a very devoted father and husband. The farm would not exist without David. Help us wish him a happy birthday!

Meet CC, our latest rescue! CC is a Katahdin sheep, born with Ovine hereditary chondrodysplasia, also known as Spider Lamb Syndrome, which causes skeletal deformities that make it hard for her to get around. Despite her challenges, she’s a sweetheart and a perfect companion for Peanut Butter, our three-legged goat. At just 6 months old, CC is full of spirit, and we’re working hard to get her a custom wheelchair to help her live a more comfortable life. We’re so happy to have her in our care!

We're going to be doing a TON of fundraising for Peanut Butter as he desperately needs this brace as soon as possible. 🐐
Peanut Butter is our tripod goat, he is our newest addition to the farm and a very young, active and loving goat. We are fundraising to get Peanut Butter a brace for this hind leg, which needs additional support and to avoid bowing or any joint problems with his remaining hind leg. We are working with an amazing company, Bionic Pets who feel that Peanut Butter is not a candidate for a prosthetic on his amputated leg and a brace would be a much better option. The brace pictured is an approximation of the brace they would make for Peanut Butter, that brace will cost $695- which is why we need your help❤ 🐐
