REMINDERS: ensure you do your research, this includes care for the animal, permits for the animals, vets for the animals and most importantly living/ life style for the animals. If these animals are not legal in your state no vet will see them and you can risk them being taken away! If your family is not on board this can cause for rehoming the animal back to us!

Understand what you are getting yourself into these are NOT average cats and dogs and should not be put in the same category as them! Seeing 2 minute cute videos online does not justify the reality of owning an exotic animal. Please ask questions if you cannot find the information you’re looking for, check your state laws before placing a deposit (they are non refundable and you’ll be giving away money). -

!!!MUST be a TN residence!!!

No permit required to own in TN.
Please ensure you have a vet!
Please ensure your household is on board.
Lemurs nor any primate should go to home with small children!
Please do your research these animals can live up to 35 years in captivity! Lemurs bond with their troop so keep that in mind if you have people over often!

2025 Fennec Fox now open

No permit required for TN residence. Please know your state laws. Ensure you have an exotic vet, ensure your household is on board and your lifestyle is fit for an exotic animal. Fennec foxes do require heat as temps under 65 are chilly for a fennec fox!

Raccoon kits are typically born April- July.
Twra permit required for all TN residence, please check your state laws for requirements (typically info can be found under your states fishing and wild life site) ensure you have a vet who can see exotics, ensure your family is on board. Raccoons should not go to homes with small children, mood swings such as biting and scratching can and will happen. We highly suggest having your raccoon fixed! Please do your research / ask questions prior to bringing a raccoon into your home!
