They’ve been living at SWAC for a little over a half a year and our goal is to keep them out of the shelter, however a life at the clinic is not the ideal living situation we would like for these precious pitty babies.

Many of you have been interested in following along Biscuits journey! He is now 11 lbs and thriving! He is growing so fast and learning even faster. He enjoys coming to SWAC with his mom to socialize and to learn the art of “quiet” kennel time (work in progress). Biscuit is the sweetest little guy and we are all happy he is in our lives!

Sweet Rhonda LOVES her ball, and LOVES to play outside. She would be ideal for a family looking for a pet who loves to run free in a big back yard. Rhonda is very friendly and plays well with other dogs. She is spayed and fully vaccinated.

He loves it when we call him BIG PAPA!

Papa has been with us for roughly 9 months. As much as we love him, enjoy playing with him daily, using him as a model patient for training, he even saved another pets life by donating his blood, it’s time we find him his forever home. Papa enjoys playing with other dogs, going on walks, and LOVES cuddles. Give us a call to schedule a meet and greet with papa ❤️

BEWARE OF SCAMS IN THE AREA.
We have heard from several sources now that there is a new scam that is affecting the veterinary field! Scammers are posing as veterinary clinics after finding lost pets posts online. They are calling these poor worried owners and telling them their pet was brought in and is injured needing surgery.
Then, they insist that the owners pay for their pet's care via things like Venmo, PayPal or CashApp.
Please spread the word that these are scams!
Shandon-Wood Animal Clinic will NEVER request for anyone to pay for their pet's care via any of these online payment services.

The calmness we aim for in The Cat Clinic condos at SWAC is very important to all of us! Our goal is to make all the kitties feel safe and comfortable while being at the vet. Here’s a closer look at what a normal day in the feline village looks like 🐱

Well that’s a pleasant surprise! One of our CSR’s adopted this cutie roughly a month ago, not knowing she was pregnant! Last night, Sprite went into labor! She’s doing great being a mama to here two beautiful babies, and the puppies are doing well too! We can’t wait to see these little nuggets grow up🫶🏻

Meet Pixie! Pixie is a 6 year old 58% Bengal kitty. She is a shy sweet girl that would do best in a quite home. She does require daily medications but takes her pills very well in her wet food. If interested in adopting Pixie please call the hospital.

Meet Dad Cat!! Dad Cat was found in August in the park left in a cage by one of our associates. Dad Cat is about two years old and the best cat you will ever meet. Dad Cat does require medication for his heart, but he is such a good boy and takes his pills with ease. If interested in adopting Dad Cat please call to set up a time to meet him.

Meet Toby! Toby is looking for a home with no tiny two legged friends as a young 12 year old he prefers the older two legged friends. Toby is a energentic fun loving boy. If interested in Toby please call the hospital and set up a time to meet him.
