Hey, guess what? Eggs are actually seasonal when raised how Mother Nature intended. HappyBelle Farm hens are allowed to molt (lose feathers) and rest (slow way down on egg production). Commercial farmers force their hens to lay year around by adding artificial light and heat. Yes, I would LOVE to keep up with the egg demand but I choose to raise my chickens naturally. They are happy, healthy, free loading chickens for a short while. So to all my egg buyers: cut them a little slack and know you are eating the happiest and healthiest eggs around 💛
