Some of you will be happy to know we are switching software 5/1/24. We will transition from ProPet® to Gingr®. We will have an online payment option and many more features that work better for us and each of you.

Please be patient with our team and let us know if you need any help with the transition. If you would like to see some of the nice features Gingr® has, please click the link.

Unfortunately, none of your account history will transfer. Basic account, pet information & reservations will transfer. The file transfer starts behind the scenes on 4/25/24. They told us it should be ready to go live on May 1st. We will keep ProPet® for a month longer so we can transfer additional notes, etc. if we find they didn't make the transfer.
