Come out to Petco on Harbison Blvd this Saturday and help support our friends at Wescott Acres Pet Rescue during their adoption event! These are some of the sweet babies available for adoption! They will be there from 12:30-2:30 with a few of their dogs that are all hoping to find their forever homes!

Sweet, amazing Charlie has been officially adopted!! ❤
This beautiful girl was left chained to our outside table and left alone a few weeks ago! (See previous posts) 😭 We knew nothing about her except that she was a little nervous at first. She warmed up very quickly and her glowing personality won everyone over!
We checked her out and updated medical care and our staff took turns taking her home to see how she did in different situations so we could assess what the best home environment would be for her! She passed all her tests with flying colors... she loved kids, loved our house cat Rainbow and was exposed to different dogs ranging from 11-110 lbs! 🐕🐈 She just wanted to be loved and accepted and play!
She now has a forever home with another doggie friend, kids and a large yard to run in and she couldnt be happier! She gets to ride in the car every day to take her new kid to school and she loves it! Her new home has set her up for spay and loves her just as much as we do!
We couldn't be more happy with how things have worked out for this beautiful girl and wish her all the best!
Thank you to everyone that shared her story and helped us find this amazing home for her! She is quite loved by many! ❤

This now 3 year old special guy has brought so much joy to both us and our clients!
He can often be found napping on the front desk getting all the pets and attention!
Rainbow is deaf due to a previous head injury and can be a little off at times but we couldn't love him more! 😻

She came to visit us at the office and was just the sweetest! We all loved her! 😻
Beauty has had all kitten set of vaccines, has been wormed, been around dogs, cats and kids and just needs a forever home!

Update on Charlie! (The dog found chained to our table last week)
Charlie went home with a staff member this weekend to assess her personality more and she is just the best girl! ❤
She seems to be potty trained, had no accidents in the house, rides good in the car, likes the kitty cats, got along well with a 7yr old child and played well with another friendly dog!! 🐕
She is a cuddle bug and slept right in the bed all night long! She went to the park and had the best time getting out and seeing the duckies lol
Her heart worm test came back negative and she has been started on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. She had some minor intestinal parasites that we have treated and she seems to be doing great overall!
She loves playing with toys and having her belly rubbed! She really is just the most precious girl!
Charlie is now looking for a forever home where she will be loved and doesn't have to worry about being abandoned again!

This precious girl was found yesterday morning tied to our table outside, abandoned so easily! 😭
She was very scared and nervous when we found her but a few soft words and a treat did the trick! We brought her inside, gave her time to settle and quickly realized just how happy and sweet she is! ❤
We thankfully found no obvious concerns or injuries on exam and went ahead and vaccinated her. She has a new collar and her, probably first, very own rabies tag!
We are awaiting f***l and heartworm results but overall this girl seems to be in good shape and young, estimate 12-18 months old!
She is a medium sized girl that LOVES toys!
We will be evaluating her more over the next several days as far as how she does around cats, kids and other dogs!
This beautiful girl, now named "Charlie", will soon be looking for a forever home!

She loves being told she is a pretty girl and getting all the extra attention from our staff! 💕 We are happy to announce that she has a foster home she will be going to that will work with us on her continued aftercare and be able to administer her medications!
