It has been SO long and I hope you are doing well. I miss you all so much!

Unfortunately, I won't be doing 6 week training sessions for some time, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in 1 hour touch up sessions before the holidays.

Please let me know if that would be something you're interested in! I'd be looking to book those mid November.

Hi everyone!! I hope everyone is off to a great new year!

I am still on a break from training :( but I do appreciate when people still reach out to me! I love being able to help in anyway I can, even if it's not like it was before.

On a positive note, we have decided to consider staying around Columbia! You may have heard me talk about potentially relocating, but we decided to still look here. We LOVE Columbia! I truly think I'm met some of the greatest people here.

If we do not stay in the suburbs, we are hoping to find a potential hobby farm, with the hopes that one day I may be able to have group training classes out there, the only thing I could not offer you all. ❤

Happy Monday everyone!

I was just stopping by to say hi and thank you for the continued support. I am still not taking on clients at the time. With that being said, I did want to suggest some other options for you all.

Unchained Melodies Dog Rescue has training classes. Theyre training aligns a lot like mine, but just takes place in a facility.

I would also like to recommend Lizzi & Rocco's Natural Pet Market for the same reasons.

Just wanted to give a big appreciation post to Ms.Penny and her family. They have been my long time clients. The last two weekends we got to work together, one being in a store and the last session being at her home. Our last session was the first time I really got to see Penny romp around and be her true self! We wanted to work on her recall, which of course when I was there she did flawlessly 😉 she also tired herself out super fast.

I forgot to bring my phone with my to the session, so I asked her mom to send me.some favorite pics. ❤

A big congratulations to Ms. Domino on completing her sessions!

Besides working on her basic commands, a big thing we focused on was her confidence with people. She was always a little unsure when I would come over, but our last session was the best! She approached me and allowed others to approach her (at a slower pace).

Congrats again Domino!

Here are some of our happy clients who finished their sessions today!

First is Cleo. Cleo was such a fast learner catching on to all the basic commands, like sit, come when called, down, leave it, and stay. Her poor legs sometimes couldn't keep up with her ;)

Next is Hunter. You may notice him from previous post of the tiny little Golden. He has only gotten smarter and has made us challenge him even more. We worked on some other commands, making sure he would heel with his smaller owner, settle, sit pretty, weave, play dead, loose leash walking, and to pick up certain toys.

It has been a pleasure to work with you all and I can not wait to see what the future holds!

Happy Friday night everyone!

I hope you all are staying cool. I have a big weekend ahead, getting ready to finish up a few clients 🥺 I'll have tons of pictures to share.

As everyone knows, I'm getting ready for a break with training. I'm sure it won't be forever, since I love it so much, but I will be taking a break. Maybe I'll start back up in the fall/before the holidays.

Happy 4th of July weekend. A helpful reminder from one of our local rescues!

Sessions will resume next weekend!

Be prepared for this weekends festivities and remember that fireworks are terrifying to most dogs.

This is just an update, I am officially booked for the remainder of the season!

This weekend I have 9 clients 😱 Columbia has treated me so well! Over the next few days I'll be suggesting other trainers in the area that will be able to help and share similar training styles.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday night.

I have some tough news. June/July will be my last month of training for awhile. My clients have always been amazing about understanding my weird schedule being a military family, but over the next few months we are about to get pretty busy with military life. It would not be fair for you or your pets.

Anyone I've already talked to, you are already on the books. Please reach out ASAP if you would like to get in before I stop taking clients.

This is definitely a see you later! I appreciate everyone so much and have never been busier. I hope you all know how much I truly love working with each and every one of your dogs and how they're basically my extend family.

Everyone help me congratulate Bailey!

Through out our sessions we worked on building up her confidence, making sure she would not be scared, and if so, how to help her through those situations.

Our last session was at big lots and she greeted two people while there!

This past week I found out one of my long time students had past away. He is someone I knew since Petsmart! Ziggy was the best dog. He was great with other dogs, loved to listen to his mom and dad, loved his hedgehog, and loved taking a stroll downtown (especially past Ernies at breakfast time). He was a show stopper, and if not, he would stop the "show" (person walking by) and made sure they would greet him ;)

He was also lucky enough to have THE BEST parents. I mean that with my whole heart. They went above and beyond making sure they did everything they could for him and didn't stop. My heart hurts for them because this isn't the outcome we expected.
