PET OF THE DAY!

Hey! Lena here! What a great snuggle bug and look at those precious eyes. Lena is housebroken, crate trained, very friendly, takes treats ever so gentle, and is a joy! She rides very well in the car and is doing good in her foster home.

Lena is two years old and weighs 45 lbs.

The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a dog, please stop by the shelter during open hours. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet your possible new family member.

Meet Piper. A pearl of a girl! She is in a foster home and is the star of the show! Piper is housetrained, crate trained, and loves playing with the dogs in her foster home. Piper's foster mom says she is the right mix of affectionate and independent and has low to medium energy, she likes to play and loves to rest. She is the easiest foster dog her foster mom has had. Besides these great attributes, she is a cuddle bug, friendly, and always happy!

Piper is one year old and weighs 59 lbs.

The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting Piper, please complete an adoption application and we will call you to schedule an appointment to meet her.

The future of animal welfare is right here and it’s in good hands. 🙌 These young ladies are instrumental in keeping our facility running smoothly and safely with such professionalism. We are so excited to have sent them to the Best Friends conference in California where they will bring back so much knowledge and inspiration for our team. We’re so grateful to have them there learning and representing Helping Strays. Go getem girls. 👯‍♀️
