Our Story
Creating a pleasurable environment for pets and a sense of security to pet-owners. So you’ve decided to go with Pet Provisions… Pet-Care Routine Step One: Introduction The pet-care provider will meet with the pet and family at their residence or at the location in which pet-care services will be provided. Detailed information will be exchanged, including but not limited to provider’s background, qualifications, experience, etc. as well as pet background and other important information regarding pet-care needs. Pet-care provider will be made aware of surroundings and possible hazards by becoming familiar with the pet’s environment through an owner facilitated tour of the house and outdoor facilities. Pet Provisions Information Sheet will be completed by the pet-owner in collaboration with pet-care provider to ensure all information is complete and accurate. Pet-care provider will request updated vaccination and medical records as well as any specific instructions or information not covered on the information sheet, including entry and exit of the property, location of the key, and various other procedures. Step Two: Services Provided In the pet-owner’s absence, the pet-care provider will conduct the following routine, and other care instructions, as specified on the information sheet. The routine will be implemented 2 times daily for the duration of the service period, unless determined and recorded otherwise on the information sheet in the introduction process. Enter residence Locate pet Restroom for pet as needed Provide food and water (medications as needed) Participate in a walk or playtime Scan house for/take care of any messes or possible hazards Inform pet-owner of status of the visit via call or text message Depart residence ensuring all is locked and secure In the event the pet-owner does not require one or more of the above procedures, or requires any additional procedures during the daily visits, these service requirements will be discussed during the introduction process and provided accordingly. Pet Provisions Service Rates............$15 0r $20 per visit, depending on distance driven to location Food/Treat Replacement………………..Reimbursement Emergency Medical Services……………Reimbursement
