Hello everyone. I will be implementing some new policies this year. Effective immediately. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out and ask. Thank you so much for all your continuous love and support.
I am a HOME BASED salon. I work 1 on 1. No cages or Kennels or other dogs. Most grooms are completed within 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours give or take, depending on the behavior and/or needs of your dog. I always notify you if I will need less or more time.
Please be sure to pick up within 30 minutes of me contacting you to avoid my boarding fee of $10 per every 15 minutes that has passed AFTER that 30 minutes.
Please be ON TIME. If you are going to be 15 minutes late, you MUST reschedule AND pay the missed appointment fee of ⅓ the cost of your original quoted price, prior to or at the time of your next scheduled appointment.
This also applies to cancellations.
Please provide a 24 hour notice for cancellations to avoid any additional fees.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
must pay for their missed appointment in FULL before rebooking.
I accept:
CASH, CHECK, VENMO, and CASHAPP.
EXTRA CHARGES
For the most part, my services are all Inclusive. But I do charge for extreme matting, fleas, or if the weight of your dog is incorrect as I do charge by weight. I do have a dog scale on hand to get an accurate estimate if needed. Please understand this may cause your quoted price to fluctuate.
FLEAS
I have a strict NO FLEA policy. For the safety of my home, my pets, as well as other clients, I strongly suggest every pet is on a Flea and Tick preventative. I understand things happen and your pet may come in with a few hitch hikers but if there are more than 3 found during check in or during the grooming process an additional fee will be added per the flea bath that will be given.
If it is a common recurrence I will not be able to accept your pet back unless they are put on a preventative going forward.
